Earned Value Analysis is a Department of Defense supported methodology used to report status of projects in a consistent way.

This technique has been adopted by PMI as a concise and consistent status reporting tool for project management.

Seminar Presenter:

Ray Zeillmann, PMP, has more than 30 years of experience in the project management field and has provided training for more than 20 of those years. His international experience and work with companies such as IBM, EducatePlus and multiple departments of the US Government in various environments around the world have given him the ability to relate to students and react to their needs.

He has worked on numerous communication development products such as SNA, Token Ring Local Area Network, Asynchronous Transfer Mode as well as designed and delivered onsite training programs. His specialties include: project management, people skills, technical communication and Agile.
