Laura,
You should know that pduOTD is not associated with CAI, or any other webinar provider – our network of Project Management Professionals discover and highlight the opportunities that are shown on pduOTD.
The webinar you’re looking for is listed under IT Management on The Software Best Practices Library of Webinar Recordings page. Although other webinars have links to the presentation materials, this webinar does not. I suggest you contact CAI directly (they have a Twitter feed at @ITMPI) to find out if the presentation materials are available.
CAI/ITMPI initially offered the recording of this webinar for free viewing for one week after the webinar, but at this time you have to purchase access to the recording for “$29.99. per webinar. You will have 24 hours from the time of purchase to view the webinar”.
May I suggest that you take a look at the Online Webinar titled Adopting Agile Development Methods: Patterns of Success and Failure that was featured on June 17th. In this webinar, Colm O’hEocha and John McArdle looked at how agile and lean software development methods have been implemented and scaled and outlined some common symptoms and causes of failure in adoption.
I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have further questions.
