At the end of this session, you will understand why most approaches to complex decisions in organizations today are time consuming, perhaps frustrating, and result in less than optimal results.
You will learn how to structure and make such decisions using the Analytic Hierarchy Process.
This session will review common approaches to complex decision-making today and why they often fail, introduce complex decision-making concepts, and introduce the use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process for complex decisions.
