Online Webinar
Duration: 1 hour webinar Credits: 1 PDU Category A $5 USD
Presented by: Solutions Cube Group (REP 2451)

This course is a great introduction and overview for Solutions Cube’s 5 part Strategic planning course. This course qualifies for 1 PDU and will also introduce you to the topics in the remaining sessions

  1. The Foundation for a Living Strategic Plan
  2. Creating the Mission and Vision Statements
  3. Defining Organizational Objectives and Goals

Many Strategic Plans are created each year by spending weeks or months of activity to produce a detailed book of strategies that sits on the shelf for the next 12 months collecting dust.

A Strategic Plan is not a one time event. It is an ongoing effort with a lifecycle focused on enabling the organization to understand its purpose and set appropriate goals to achieve its vision and satisfy its Customers’ needs.

Solutions Cube Group instructors will teach participants in the Strategic Planning Course techniques for developing a “living” Strategic Plan for their organization.

Students will learn how to create and maintain a plan that the staff will understand and use to guide their future efforts. They will learn how to build a Strategic Plan that is relevant to the business and focused on the Customer.

Solutions Cube Group courses successfully close the gap between theory and practical application by delivering experiential learning coupled with templates and techniques. Students will leave the course with electronic templates and specific techniques they can apply immediately to improve how they create Strategic Plans in their organization.

The learning objectives for the Strategic Planning Course are:
