Search the Rep # (it is in our listing) The courses are listed alphabetically use the arrow keys to move to the correct place in the alphabet and search the list on that page for the course that you attended – the code should be listed. (setting the set the dropdown box to show 100 per page will make your search easier).

I attended this conference, and aftewards was told that there would be a “processing fee” of $2.99 in order to get a PDU code. So this “free” PDU wasn’t free after all.
Apparently all CAI webinars work this way, so it may be helpful to note that when listing them here.
Hello John; There is only a fee if you “request ” the code from this provider directly ….. HOWEVER if you go to PMI.ORG to register the PDU – you should be able to register the course with PMI without this fee. An example of this is would be to: Choose category A and Find an activity. Type in the Rep # 2733 (we provide this with the listing) in this case the code for ITMPI & hit search. Courses will appear listed alphabetically They do have a pattern for example ITMPI092111 was held September 21st 2011 🙂
The reason that this course may be harder to find is because “Governing Your ITSM Implementation” course was originally rescheduled from April 12th 2011 but held on October 7th the code for this course is ITMPI041211
I hope this information is of help to you. – L Ousta
Thank you so much! This was my first PDU since recently earning my PMP, so I’m brand new to the process. Your message helped me enormously!
