This is essential with scaling of teams and enabling an Enterprise wide transition to Agile that can overcome many of the problems faced by teams attempting a bottom up approach.
What does LEAN mean to you?
Lean-thinking is the combination of applying known software development principles with lean-management and lean-learning work in order to speed time-to-market while improving quality and lowering costs. It provides insights from project initiation through development, deployment and consumption by the customer (internal in IT and external in product companies). Lean focuses on helping people improve the environment and systems in which they work.
