In this second episode, Bernardo interviews Peter Saddington (LinkedIn profile, @AgileScout) who is known as AgileScout and writer of the Scrum Pocket Guide.
During this 15 minute interview, Peter and Bernardo discuss the human side of software development, issues companies should consider before adopting agile, the importance of the internal champion and the reasons behind agile failures.
