He has also co-developed several leadership exploration tools, including Visual Explorer, Wisdom Explorer and Boundary Explorer. David led the design of the Innovation Leadership Workshop in collaboration with the design company, Continuum and is a sought after as a unique keynote speaker, presenter, and workshop facilitator.
