Even if you have good intentions, you can offend others with insensitive terms or ethnic slurs.

In this webinar from Best Buy’s award-winning diversity group, you’ll learn to avoid negative labels and find positive ways to talk about differences.

By the end of this webinar, you will be able to:

  • Understand the power of language and the impact of labels, ethnic slurs and harmful descriptors
  • Influence society as a whole by adopting common sense, good manners, caring and empathy as the new way of inclusive thinking
  • Understand how a change of attitudes, perceptions, standards of ‘normalcy’ and the wording you use create a movement into seeing the WHOLE person
  • Focus on strengths, talents and gifts to achieve the best of inclusive strategies
