He ran the award-winning OPIS Energy Group providing market intelligence and price benchmarking services to the downstream sector. Susich served as an expert witness in an MTBE litigation against the major oil companies and supplied testimony to the Federal Highway Adminisration regarding fuel tax evasion. Currently, Susich runs the Energy Management Institute.
