Agile principles are dominating the discussion in software development. As it goes mainstream, software practitioners in almost every vertical are utilizing what Agile offers.

Started by Steve Denning and chronicled in his book The Leader’s Guide to Radical Management: Reinventing the Workplace for the 21st Century, it uses the foundational values of Agile and develops specific principles and practices for managers and leaders.
