All three aspects contribute to sustaining changes required for improving the performance of people, work teams, and organizations as a whole. You will gain insights and get three tools that you can use to explain performance improvement to others and guide your own development in the profession.

- A tool to judge their political prowess and increase their influence
- A set of guidelines for building their their personal brand.
Presenter:Judith Hale is a past-president of the International Society of Performance and Improvement (ISPI) and was awarded “Outstanding Member of the Year” Judy taught graduate courses in management for 14 years for the Insurance School of Chicago and received the school’s “Outstanding Educator” award and she speaks regularly at international and national conferences on subjects related to implementation, evaluation, needs assessment, certification, and performance improvement.
