Many organizations cannot respond flexibly to the changing business environment.

When employees indicate that decisions are not made in a timely manner, what they are really saying is that decisions take longer than they should.

While hierarchical structures, corporate governance procedures, and government regulations may all present constraints that can be difficult to overcome, there is much that leaders can do to increase the agility of their companies through awareness of, and responsiveness to, a range of organizational factors that commonly get in the way of swift action.

Organizations are unable to make timely decisions, struggling to keep pace with more agile businesses
– according to worldwide employee research from Hay Group.

In this webinar The Hay Group will reveal employees’ perceptions of the speed of decision-making in companies across the world, and their ability to handle change effectively

Learn:

  • How your country fares and why some countries may risk losing competitive ground in the global marketplace;
  • The implications for the speed of decision-making and the ability of organizations to respond to shifting business conditions;
  • How good decision-making increases business performance;
  • How your leaders can ensure your employees feel empowered and supported in making decisions swiftly.
