First, you will learn about the changes to the Knowledge Areas, which includes the introduction of a new Knowledge Area: Project Stakeholder Management.
Second, you will learn about the changes that were made to transform the 42 Project Management Processes from the 4th Edition to the 47 Project Management Processes in the 5th Edition.
Third, you will learn about the 5th Edition’s alignment with the DIKW (Data, Information, Knowledge, and Wisdom) model used in the field of Knowledge Management.
Finally, you will learn how the 5th Edition addresses the practices of Agile Project Management methodologies.
