The Fifth Edition of the PMBOK Guide represents the latest efforts of the Project Management Institute (PMI) to keep this body of knowledge up-to-date and germane to practitioners.

This seminar will provide participants with an overview of the major differences between the fourth and fifth editions of the Guide as well as some inferences that can be drawn concerning the PMI philosophies behind these changes.
