Successful project managers are effective communicators that know when and how to be a leader. Each person, organization, and project requires a different style and approach to leadership.
This webinar will introduce the three fundamental building blocks of leadership; who, what, and how. You will examine who is the leader and who needs to lead, what leadership is needed for the project (taking into consideration organizational, cultural, and project needs) and how you can use leadership models, skills, and techniques to build your leadership platform.
