In this webinar, Susanne will coach the individual project manager through a process of gaining clarity over what their professional ambitions are; i.e. what they want to achieve in their career and what type of project manager they want to become and then share some tools with the listener for how they can achieve these goals.
The presentation covers goal-setting, self assessments, feedback, taking action, and working with an accountability partner.
