In 2010, he was named entrepreneur-in-residence at Harvard Business School and is currently an IDEO Fellow.
Laura Klein (@lauraklein) Laura has spent 15 years as an engineer and designer and is the author of UX for Lean Startups: Faster, Smarter User Experience Research and Design. Her popular design blog, Users Know, teaches product owners exactly what they need to know to do just enough research and design. She is currently the Director of Product and UX for a lean startup.
