Horia Slușanschi (LinkedIn profile, @KiwiHoria) is an Agile Coach and Strategist leading the HP Agile Mentoring Office. He holds a PhD in Computer Science, and has a fairly eclectic background inspired by the Agile mindset, Enterprise Architecture, Lean Six Sigma, ToC and many other ways of thinking. Horia serves as co-organizer of AgileWelly, and as New Zealand Chapter Engagement Representative and co-lead of the Knowledge Management team of the PMI Agile CoP.
Shaun Plant (LinkedIn profile) is a New Zealandlawyer who also hosts Legal Project Management training workshops for the College of Law NZ, and is managing the Organizational Process Asset Library programme for the PMI Legal PM CoP. Mr. Plant has over 15 years experience as a PM managing large capital construction, infrastructure and power generation projects. He has acted as a PM mentor and has been responsible for developing and implementing PM processes in a number of organizations.
