In practical terms, Covey explains why higher levels of trust increase operational speed and efficiency. He breaks down the “cores of credibility” and key behaviors necessary to build trust.

Steven also describes how to spot “counterfeit” behaviors which erode trust, and how to scale trust-building up to the stakeholder, organizational and market level.
