Stakeholder management is a new addition to the PMBOK. In this webinar we will see this new area from a development perspective and we will see how critical it is to fully understand the levels of interest and influence that stakeholders have on the project.

In the webinar will discuss the various techniques to help identify and analyze all project stakeholders, and how to develop a plan for building stakeholder support and manage their expectations.

Additionally, we will discuss the best practices for communicating with stakeholders, along with how to deal with difficult stakeholders.
