The BA Body of Knowledge recommends building a BA Plan for elicitation and monitoring of BA activities.

This webinar provides tips and tricks to easily identify the activities that are needed, and how to organize the plan to provide the most efficient sequencing of activities and tasks.

All you need is post it notes and a sharpie and then place the results in a simple way to track progress – a Word table, Excel spreadsheet, or, if you dare, Microsoft Project.
