In this session Gerry will discuss and compare the most important modelling techniques used by BAs.

For each model, he will answer three questions:

• What is it a model of?
• What questions does it answer?
• What does the notation look like?

A discussion of how to use models, and the strengths and weaknesses of each type of model, will equip the participants to select the right model for each situation and decide what models you should add to your personal toolkit.
