Organizations throughout the world increasingly make use of contingent workers in a variety of projects (including, for example, product development engineering, marketing campaigns, field service and many others).
The talents of these contingent workers often play vital roles in contributing to the success of projects, but the human resources implications are important to consider.
In this webinar, Joe will discuss a variety of issues affecting the use of contingent workers in project teams, including worker selection, co-employment, liability/risk, intellectual property, motivation/leadership and optimizing performance when a project team involves a mix of regular employees and contingent workers.
