Gen Z – People born Between 1994 & 2010

Gen Z represents 23 million Americans born between 1994 and 2010. Having grown up post 9/11, in the wake of the great recession, Gen Z is an emerging group that your entire company needs to understand, from HR to marketing.

This digitally native generation has never known a world without the internet.

Soon this generation will start to seize entry-level positions at companies worldwide and have different behaviors, needs and work styles than older generations.
