David Larrimore (LinkedIn profile) is the Branch Chief responsible for the General Service Administrations (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service’s (FAS) new enterprise data warehouse. David leads and drives the vision of data management, data consolidation, innovation, and open data for FAS and has keen interest in Big Data and Analytics Formerly he as a project manager at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) where he supported several initiatives including e-gov travel and financial reporting. During this time, David’s time was focused heavily on system integration, policy, and organizational change management.

Phil Magrogan (LinkedIn profile) is a Program Manager for Lockheed Martin, PMP, ITIL, Agile Certified & author of Object technology at Lockheed Martin: Success factors for large systems. Phil volunteers with the PMI Government CoP and has been involved in:
