A primary key to effectively dealing with conflict and difficult people centers on your internal response, the automatic reaction that someone’s behavior triggers inside of you.

Remember communication is mostly non-verbal. Your internal response will show up on your face and in your body language.

Spending 9 years in Microsoft optimizing several Microsoft products for performance and usability, including adCenter (now Bing Ads), Bing Shopping, Microsoft.com, and Cloud TV (Mediaroom), he has worked in Microsoft Redmond, Vancouver, Copenhagen, and Silicon Valley campuses. Sumit is currently working on his dissertation for a PhD in Computer Information Systems.
