This research will be supplemented by relevant real-life cases from Changefirst’s experience of developing change professionals in large private and public sector organisations.

The focus on 4 key topics of major relevance to project professionals:

• How they can personally impact on organisational change performance.
• What are the biggest people risks impacting major projects.
• What conditions and capabilities really lead to success.
• How they can develop more effective change management work-streams.

Important! Please complete the Initial Legacy Assessment prior to the webinar. The assessment will take 5-10 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous. The combined assessment results from all participants will be analysed and discussed during this interactive session.
