Called the “Board Whisperer” TK has led a team that created a multitude of board-related conferences and educational opportunities serving board members, general counsels, corporate secretaries, and senior officers.
David Chun (LinkedIn profile) is CEO and founder of Equilar and is one of the most respected and trusted names in the executive compensation industry. David has been recognized as one of the “100 Most Influential Players in Corporate Governance” by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). David often speaks publicly on corporate governance and executive compensation matters, including events hosted by The Conference Board, Corporate Board Member, The HR Policy Association, NACD Directorship, NASDAQ OMX, NYSE Euronext, the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, and Stanford’s Directors’ College.
Joan Conley (LinkedIn profile) is Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary of NASDAQ, where she is responsible for the Global NASDAQ Corporate Governance Program. She is also responsible for the NASDAQ Global Ethics and Compliance Program, is Managing Director of the NASDAQ Educational Foundation and is a member of the NASDAQ NLX Ltd. Board of Directors. Joan is a contributor to numerous publications, and she received Corporate Secretary Magazine’s award for “The Best Corporate Secretary in an M&A Transaction.” In 2014, she was elected to the SIFMA (Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association) Foundation’s Board of Directors.
Glenn Booraem (LinkedIn profile) is a Principal of the Vanguard Group, Inc. and the Treasurer of each of the Vanguard Funds. He currently oversees the firm’s corporate governance program covering approximately US$2 trillion in equity market value. He is a periodic speaker on governance to industry groups, and has served on the New York Stock Exchange’s Proxy Working Group and Commission on Corporate Governance. Glenn has been recognized for the past 5 years (2011-2015) on the NACD’s Directorship 100 list of the “most influential people in corporate governance.”
