Live Webinar April 27th, 2016 – 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm  EDT
Duration: 1 Hour Credits: 1 PDU Category C  – Free PDU
Presented by American Management Association (REP 1294)
Although the AMA is an REP this opportunity may not have a course number Contact the AMA for further information.

Are You And Your Learning & Development Team More:

  • Reactive?  Like Firefighters, you react to employee performance problems by providing immediate L&D solutions to whatever needs arise

OR

  • Proactive?  Like Fire Prevention Architects, who have designed an L&D framework to proactively provide employee development programs—aligned with corporate strategies—in all key areas

One size does not—should not—fit all.

Rather, a learning framework can serve multiple employee development needs. Or, you may need several variations of a framework to meet varying needs in different areas of your organization.

What You Will Learn:

  • You will learn how three award-winning companies have built learning frameworks and related models to meet diverse talent needs and challenges.
  • Review the elements of a comprehensive framework to ensure your L&D programs support corporate goals and focus on your specific requirements whether they be:
    • Broad talent development throughout your organization,
    • Functional skill improvement within a cohort, and/or
    • Cultural or behavior change starting with the “C Suite”
  • No matter how many goals or pathways you may need to take for achieving them, you will also learn proven strategies for identifying and embedding your organization’s core values and philosophies into your frameworks for developing employee performance.

We encourage you to register even if you are unable to attend live; you’ll receive replay information following the event.
