Most of us know that digital business is a “good thing.” We’ve done a great job at getting our colleagues hyped up about it but be careful what you ask for.
Once you create the hype, you have to focus on what you are going to design and determine that “just right” level of delivery to demonstrate a move from digital desire to digital reality.
Discussion Topics:
- What is foundational to digital business
- How to organize and source talent for digital business initiatives
- How to ensure you deliver on expectations
Join Patrick Meehan, (LinkedIn profile, Gartner bio) Gartner VP Distinguished Analyst as he helps you understand the foundation of your digital business.
