In this webinar Harvey Robbins discusses the six keys to making global virtual teams work more effectively.
Included in the discussion are factors such as:
- The creation of goals/objectives,
- The identification of roles/responsibilities, the recognition of potential barriers to team success,
- Issues such as leadership and communication, and
- The role personality differences plays in team effectiveness
The last key is identifying and remediating the cultural differences that occur specifically with global teams; how they make decisions and resolve conflicts based on their cultural norms.
The two presenters are well versed in both the creation of high performing project teams and dealing with the cultural differences present in global virtual teams.

Your Employees Are The Lifeblood Of Your Company
It’s important to ensure they are engaged and committed and that problems are resolved before they reach critical mass.
The best way to find out what your team members think of their work and how they feel about the organization is through Employee Engagement Surveys.
These surveys can arm your company with valuable data that can be immediately linked back to reasons for disengagement, potential turnover, or other strategic business objectives as well as the drivers for those.
This webcast will help you better understand:
- Use cases for implementing employee engagement surveys
- How to link surveys to business outcomes
- How to leverage survey results and data to implement change
