The project schedule is composed of many moving parts but sequencing is one of the primary driving variables.
Sequencing decisions can extend or compress a schedule and so it is important that the project manager understand them and sequence tasks correctly to attain the schedule objective.
In this webinar the types of sequence and examples will be discussed and demonstrated. How to extend and compress a schedule will be demonstrated along with block (event) scheduling and fine- tuning lead, lag and intentional delay in relationships.
Finally, effective methods to evaluate sequencing before committing to the schedule will be demonstrated in this hands-on webinar.
