Migrating from one project server to the next version has many paths and pitfalls.
Which one that works best for your company depends on your vision and requirements, your budget and perhaps the easiest way to get to your final solution.
in this session Michael starts by at reviewing your PMO vision and requirements, then planning architectures of the different versions of SharePoint and Project server.
Then he reviews strategies and advantages between doing an upgrades versus a migration.
Building your migration with PowerShell scripts and checklists of additional tasks.
Once the migration is stabilized, he goes over the steps for the final deployment.
