In the first part of this ProjectManagement.com webinar Markus Klein PMP (LinkedIn profile) will focus on providing a short introduction to Mind Mapping.

Markus will then  discuss how Mind Mapping could be an integral part of project management and why it is beneficial to project managers.

He will end with an introduction to the recently started “MP4PM” initiative.

“MP4PM” will provide you a mind map based and PMBoK Guide aligned project management framework with the goal to utilize all the great features that Mind Mapping and professional Mind Mapping Tools could provide.

This session will be the kickoff to a large series of webinars where we will discuss all of the “MP4PM” installments shown in the webinar in further detail.
