- Quick review of topics covered in Part 1 including initiating a project from a template and making the necessary adjustments for a real project
o Initiating a new project from an existing project
- Using the Import Project Wizard to transform a standalone MPP file into an enterprise project
- Replacing generic resources with named resources
- Replacing generic resources with multiple named resources who will be fulfilling the same role
- Adding additional activities to a project that is underway
