Data and analytics leaders now come from all parts of the business.

Data and analytics programs are no longer being led exclusively by IT, but are created by and for other business leaders.

The integrated, connected, real-time nature of digital business requires collaboration between historically independent organizational units, and data and analytics programs are at the center of it all.

To realize your digital business vision and for cross-organizational collaboration to happen, business and IT must work together on vision, strategy, roles and metrics. In this webinar, IT leaders get answers and actionable advice for their most important questions from Debra Logan, (Gartner bio) VP & Gartner Fellow.

Discussion Topics:

  • The trends impacting data and analytics, and the challenges and opportunities they create
  • How leading organizations create and evolve their information and analytics strategies
  • The leading practices in data and analytics programs

The Sinking of the Titanic on April 14/15, 1912 offers many valuable lessons for the Project Manager, from both a popular perspective and from a more serious academic perspective.

RMS Titanic was a passenger liner that struck an iceberg on her maiden voyage from Southampton, England, to New York City, and sank on 15 April 1912. She struck the iceberg four days into the crossing, at 23:40 on 14 April 1912, and sank at 2:20 the following morning, resulting in the deaths of 1,517 people in one of the deadliest peacetime maritime disasters in history.

Build a Pulse Program,
Rally Your Leadership &
Improve Action-Taking

It is both more important and more challenging than ever to attract, engage, and retain the unique set of talent your organization requires.

Fortunately, recent advances in HR technology have made it easier to keep a pulse on employees’ needs and experiences throughout the year, generate insights from data with little to no help from expensive consultants, and see direct links between leadership practices and key business outcomes.

With buy-in and accountability from your company’s c-suite and a well-communicated process for taking action to improve engagement, managers and employees will feel empowered to take ownership over their engagement, improving both employee satisfaction, as well as team and individual performance.

In this session, led by Industrial-Organizational Psychology expert Justin Black, (LinkedIn profile) Senior Director, Organizational Development Science, Glint Inc., you’ll learn how the world’s most innovative companies are keeping a pulse on employee engagement, and how you can do the same.

You will:

  • Learn about the past, present, and future of employee engagement reporting
  • Receive live training on how to design high-impact pulse programs, along with a take-home toolkit to begin taking action (process flow, checklist, decision-making worksheet)
  • Learn how to hold yourself and your teams accountable for ongoing focus and continuous improvement
  • Discover the keys to an effective action-taking process that leads to sustainable change
