Do you sometimes struggle to ensure that you meet the portfolio reporting needs of a disparate set of stakeholders?
Analytics packages are becoming more and more popular as a way of manipulating, interpreting and presenting portfolio information.
These can be applied over any Portfolio Project Management (PPM) system and are designed to be easily configurable by upskilling existing internal resources.
The tricky part, as with most projects, is often ensuring you have defined clear outcomes and follow a structured approach to implement change and realise the benefits.
This webinar presents SABMiller’s global portfolio management function as a case study, with support from their partner consultancy North Highland, to demonstrate their original objectives, methodology, results and lessons learnt in moving from traditional spreadsheet type reporting to more value adding portfolio management analytics.
