Presenter: Phil Cowcill (LinkedIn profile) started multimedia development in 1984 after being hired as a videographer/developer; he created Canada’s first Level III Interactive Videodisc. In 1995 he taught the Interactive Multimedia post-graduate program at Canadore College. More recently Mr. Cowcill wrote a chapter for Michael Allen’s 2012 e-Learning Annual.  Currently, Mr. Cowcill is the Coordinator of Canada’s first post-graduate program dedicated to Mobile Application Development.  Mr. Cowcill also travels and speaks at a variety of educational and multimedia conferences all over North America.
