He has prepared the Department of Justice for ISO 20000 certification, managing the program of 14 process improvement projects, plus change, communication, internal audit, risk, and the development of top management reporting to implement and gain a return on this significant investment. Using ITIL/ISO compliant work processes also set the foundation for a future move of their Service Management System to the cloud.
