It is no surprise that agile projects are very fast pace. Whether your sprint is two, three or even four week, there is barely time for the team to do user acceptance testing the way we know it.
It is not possible to involve business users and SMEs to perform UAT at the end of each sprint.
The Use of a UAT-Specific Sprint as suggested by some practitioners has its own drawbacks.
In this presentation, Dr. Magdy Hanna will present an overview of a proactive UAT process that utilizes real business scenarios. The process will also help minimize the risk associated with the UAT-Specific Sprint approach.
