Seilevel recently completed their third requirements management tool evaluation in 10 years. This round evaluated over 150 tools! Seilevel developed a simple template, with weighted criteria that can be used in other organizations,to do a similar evaluation process for selecting a suitable requirements management tool for their purposes.
