This mature product has a lot features built-in that have made it the most popular tool for eLearning professionals.

Everything we talked about since the start of the “mastering” series has been about relationships and making them stronger.

Having a solid contract is a natural extension of those goals. When you have a great contract with the loop holes closed, you can focus on building a relationship as that is critical to project success.

So, in short:

  1. A contract is a relationship and you create a project family.
  2. You agree to be bound together to get project management goals on the same page and
  3. Deliver results!

Change Is Scary!

There’s no avoiding it. During times of rapid growth or mergers and acquisitions, fear and uncertainty creeps into our organizations.

What’s worse, with the focus on updating our strategies or juggling HRIS needs, company culture is put on the backburner – until it’s too late.

Have you ever gone through massive growth or M&As only to hear feedback that your culture “just isn’t the same” and see employee engagement scores suffer on the other side?

If so, join HCI experts Dania Shaheen (LinkedIn profile) Vice President, People & Strategy, Kazoo & Rachel Naugle (LinkedIn profile) Manager of Compensation at 2U to learn:

  • Common mistakes that lead to cultural misalignment during mergers and acquisitions
  • How to manage, build, and evolve culture during growth rather than after it happens
  • Actionable advice and recent research for keeping culture strong during times of change

Note: SHRM has pre-approved this webcast for  1 Professional Development Credits (PDCs) toward SHRM-CP℠ or SHRM-SCP℠ Certifications.
