The viability of PPPs has never been more under scrutiny. Viability is a broad term which might refer to the capacity of PPP projects to succeed and the effectiveness of the asset or service delivered to end-users.

The significance of PPP viability assessment stems from the fact that most PPP projects entails huge amount of resources, hence thorough preparation, ensuring Value for Money as well as efficiency and quality delivery is essential to qualify the project to PPP paradigm rather than in-house procurement.

This webinar discusses what is meant by viability, and explores the feasibility, performance and outcomes of PPPs.

To determine viability correct measurement is critical. Learn how to put in place correct measurements at the start of a project which typically should be transparent, unbiased and informed by accurate data.
