Every country and organisation has been seriously affected by Covid-19 and this has had terrible ramifications on their activities.
As “normal” business in these sectors is resumed, it is important to understand how each organisation can effectively deal with the situation.
Some organisations may be considering reducing office space and enhancing home working which, for some, could have significant implications on processes, assets and culture.
For instance, travel businesses may have to introduce long-term changes to their vehicles to accommodate social distancing.
Regardless of any minor or major change initiatives that are being introduced, organisations have to manage the change efficiently and in order to deliver benefits, ensure that their staff and customers adapt to new ways of working.
Organisations can waste energy trying to decide whether they are planning a project or a programme.
During this presentation, Rajiv Khanna, will discuss the principles of Praxis and Change Management and how the application of these will ensure change initiatives are aligned to organisations’ strategic objectives, offering maximum value for money.
You can expect to;
- Learn the key elements of Praxis during a brief overview
- Understand how Programme and Project Managers can employ Praxis to effectively deliver the solution to meet business needs
- Hear about common challenges and benefit from guidance as to how to get colleagues to transition to new ways of working
This webinar is free-to-attend. If you are unable to join for the live delivery, please continue to register and you will recieve a link to the recording & slides.

Agile is sometimes introduced as a cheaper way of delivering projects, products, and services.
Unlike the traditional approach of measuring the value delivered based on the planned deliverables, the budget spent, and meeting the critical milestones, Agile doesn’t and shouldn’t track the delivery in the same way.
Agile is a new approach, and traditional project finance management may not be relevant or can become an impediment to agility. Agile is or should be based on trust, and in an Agile organization, most of the financial planning and reporting should not be necessary.
However, very few organizations have the necessary conditions to abolish tight financial management.
In this webinar Stelian Roman (LinkedIn profile) will propose a few financial management approaches for Agile projects, highlighting the necessity as well as the challenges of each of the proposed models.
