Some people have the opinion that flashy AI and analytics tools are the essential ingredient to enable
Project Data Analytics as a discipline to deliver value to our wider stakeholders.
Using examples from major investment programmes he has been involved in, Julian will try and redress the balance of priorities for Project Data Analytics to increase understanding of the importance of data in the overall approach.
Julian will discuss:
- Is Garbage In, Garbage Out still relevant?
- What do we mean by data quality?
- How do our staff impact data quality?
- How ISO[masked] can provide a framework for managing your data
- The importance of data standards
