In a recent poll for PeopleFluent this year, the majority of responders Identified reskilling as a top concern for their organization – they are not alone – there are many studies from the World Economic Forum to the Conference board that agree, upskilling and reskilling has been the top of mind issue for C-Suite and government leaders for the last three years, it’s also top of mind for millions of furloughed and displaced work who are flocking to learning platforms and marketplaces to invest in their own skills.
