Mark will walk you through the context of the ERP implementation, then introduce the Change Management (CM) Cycle and its components.

He will then give one or two concrete examples of what I did to practically apply CM in the project for each of the 5 pillars of the CM Cycle, discussing the value that each of those applications/tools brought to the project.
