Antonio Nieto-Rodriquez, (LinkedIn profile) has developed a simple tool – the Project Canvas – that can be applied by any individual, team, organization or country.
Project management methods are often too complicated for non-experts to understand, adapt and apply successfully. In a world where more and more value is driven by change and projects, it’s crucial that project professionals have access to guidance that is simple to understand, adapt and apply.
In this webinar we will introduce the Project Canvas – a simple framework based on the fourteen project management fundamentals, and APMG will look at how it is being implemented in organizations like KLM.
The Project Canvas is composed of four domains (Why, Who, What/How/When, Where) and fourteen building blocks. It provides a unique opportunity for project managers (experienced and beginners), as well as senior executives to start applying a method that is simple, universal and proven, and will lead to better outcomes in their organization.
You’ll hear from the framework’s creator, Antonio Nieto-Rodriguez, a Harvard Business Review author, thought-leader, practitioner, professor in project management and Project Management Institute past Chairman and Fellow.
Antonio will be joined by Henri Kuijl (LinkedIn profile) from KLM, the flag carrier airline of the Netherlands, who will share the KLM experience of adopting and applying the Project Canvas.
