His role shifted to include increasing PM responsibilities, and he has performed and consulted on a variety of projects in both the public and private sectors throughout North America and Europe during his 35+ years professional career.
Today he coaches PMs & sponsors, teaches project management skills, consults and performs project reviews. Payson has published over 100 project management articles, numerous project management and problem-solving classes,, and is sought after as a speaker who specializes in demystifying project management topics and communicating important ideas while entertaining audiences.
